Registration

Registration is required for all participants. Full payment of the registration fee must be made at the time of registration by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), SofortÜberweisung or within 7 days by bank transfer. Early registration fee needs to be paid by April 1, 2019.

Employees of the UKSH and universities of Lübeck and Kiel get 35% off on all fees with the code "UKSH35".  The requirement for this discount is registration using a UKSH e-mail address (name@uksh.de). Unauthorized registrations do not entitle to entry. The cancellation terms apply.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations made by April 30, 2019, registration fee will be refunded less a 70 € cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations made after April 30, 2019.
